Want to get out of the house and into the snow. Come to MotorToys Rentals and Tours in Cle Elum Washington and we will take you out for an adventure! Snowmobiling is an amazing activity to do with your family and friends.

 

Come join us for a tour or take the machines out for your own adventure. Our tours are beginner and kid friendly. The 4 hour and all-day rentals are for the more experienced that would like to see the scenery at there own pace. ​​​

2-Hour Tours

  • Double Rider - $395

  • Additional Passenger - $50

  • *Damage Deposit $3000 per reservation. Major Credit card for all deposits - Sorry no cash deposits. 

Agenda: 

  • Arrive at Motortoys at 9:15am 

    • Fill out any left over paperwork 

    • Get fitted for helmets, gloves (included in rental) and suits/boots (if rented)

  • Receive Instructions and get on bus to head to trailhead. 

  • Tour starts at 11am and will go till 1pm ​

  • After the tour grab a hot drink and snacks for the bus ride home.

    • Leave helmets and gloves on the snack truck​

    • Drop off any rented suits or boots at the shop

  • Your Experience will end around 2pm after tour, snacks, and traveling back to Motortoys on the bus.

  • Receive Instructions and hop in your car to head to the trailhead. 

  • Tour starts at 1pm and will go till 2pm ​

  • After the tour grab a hot drink and snacks for the bus ride home.

    • Leave helmets and gloves on the snack truck​

    • Drop off any rented suits or boots at the shop

  • Your Experience will end around 3pm after tour, snacks and making your way back to town to enjoy the rest of your day!

vQuip Insurance Coverage Policy

  • Incident Coverage Per Machine - $71

  • Medical Coverage - $10

    • Driver is included in the $71​

    • Additional passengers are $10 per person in the vehicle. 

  • ​vQuip Adventure Shield Coverage - Policy Information

    • ​Your rental with MotorToys Rental & Tours adds you as an additional insured to MotorToys Rental & Tours commercial automobile policy. This policy includes certain auto liability coverage, which, generally, may pay for bodily injury ($50,000 each person, $100,000 each accident) or property damage ($50,000 each accident) caused by an accident during your rental. The auto liability coverage is subject to the actual terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of liability of the policy. If you need any additional clarification on the insurance coverage options, please call vQuip Insurance Agency at 704-496-9002.

Requirements: 

  • ​Traveling from Seattle? Please allow 2+ hours travel time during the winter season. Check pass conditions for closure and chain requirements prior to ​your departure. 

  • ​Rent Requirements:

    • ​Must be 18 Years and older with a Valid Drivers License

  • Drivers Requirements:

    • Must be 18 Years and older with a Valid Drivers License 

  • Passenger Requirements:

    • Kids must be a minimum age of 5 Years old and older. 

  • Credit Card is Required for Damage Deposit. No Cash Deposit.

  • Please dress appropriately for cold/wet/or sunny conditions. 

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Cancelling before the 48 hour window results in a Full Reservation Refund

  • Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hrs. results in a $50 charge per machine. 

  • Cancelling after 24 hrs. you will be charged 50% of the Reservation total.

    No show, No Call, You will be charged Full Amount of your Reservations Total. 

    MotorToys Rentals and Tours reserves the right to refuse rentals to anyone deemed unfit to operate a vehicle, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

MotorToys operates under a exclusive special use permit from the Forest Service
